Alternatively, instalment payment plans are available if you book all course modules.

Once payment has been received your place on the course is secured.

What the fees include if booking for Option 1 | Full Retreat Creators Lab
Retreat Design, The Business of Retreats, Your Retreat Project & The Art of Retreat Leadership:

  • 3 weekends of online sessions (modules 1 & 2 & 4)
  • Course work project (module 3)
  • 2 Retreat Creators student handbooks
  • Check lists, template and sample key documents
  • A project template to create your own retreat 
  • Support & guidance in creating your own retreat 
  • Review and feedback of your coursework
  • Leadership coaching (at module 4)
  • Job training placements and Retreat Leader work opportunities can be applied for after successfully completing the whole course

  • online sessions (modules 1 or 2 or 4)

  • A Retreat Creators student handbook of the module attending
  • Check lists, template and sample key documents
  • A project template to create your own retreat 
  • Leadership coaching (at module 4)

Course requirements

To successfully complete the Retreat Creators Training you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Attend and fully participate in all the booked modules
  • Complete the course work assignment if applicable
  • Adhere to the codes of conduct (as set out below) and fully participate and engage on the course

Attendance and participation

  • If you miss a session, you may catch up by watching the recordings of the sessions on request. The recordings are time sensitive and expire 7 days after the module.
  • If you are unable to watch the recordings within the 7 day period a private catch session with the course tutors may be arranged at an additional fee.

Homework project

  • We hope you have a passion and openness to learning so that the course work project (creating and designing your dream retreat), will be engaged with as opportunity to hone your skills and expand your knowledge.
  • You’ll receive a Retreat Creators Essential Handbook/s with planning templates and check lists to help design your retreat to the highest standard. 

Code of Conduct

A fundamental element of the Retreat Creators training is the mutual respect between tutors, students and additional team members. This is vital in maintaining a safe learning environment and high ethical standards we wish to uphold and encourage during the course and beyond. Set out below are core principles that are required to be observed by all participants throughout the training:

  • Good timekeeping. 
  • Professional and respectful communication. By treating each other with respect we create a space for honest, safe and kind learning.
  • Work authentically from where you are. Acknowledge any current limitations of knowledge and skill and seek instruction or advice in any areas where you feel you need additional support.
  • Observe ethical conduct and respectfully do not proach clients and retreat venues from your peers, mentors or course leaders.

Cancellation or postponement by us

  • Retreat Creators reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel The Retreat Creators Lab at any time up to 10 weeks before the start date, in which case we will offer a refund in full of all monies paid for your retreat.

Cancellation by you and refund policy

  • If you cancel 10 weeks prior to the start, you will receive a refund minus a processing fee. Processing fees include credit card fees and administration costs incurred by Retreat Creators.
  • If you cancel within 10 weeks, then a refund is only possible if a space is taken from the waitlist.
  • Once the training Lab has started, no refund is possible.
  • Any cancellations or withdrawals must be sent in writing via email to hello@retreatcreators.com.

Medical Liability                                                                                                                           

We do not accept any liability for: 

  • Participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop prior, during or subsequent to the training Lab.
