Continuing your professional journey

We offer a number of ongoing pathways to support your development as a retreat leader and help you continue building experience within a supportive professional network.

One-to-one mentorship

If you are launching a new retreat or evolving your existing work, you may apply for a personalised mentorship programme with us. Mentorships typically run for three to six months and include goal setting, regular online sessions, accountability, practical guidance and ongoing support as your retreats develop.

Work placements and on-the-job experience

A small number of work placement opportunities are available for participants who complete the full Retreat Creators course and Leaders Retreat. Successful applicants may join one of our retreats in a supporting leadership role, working alongside an experienced Retreat Leader to gain hands-on experience in a live retreat environment.
(Food and accommodation are provided. Flights are not included.)

Retreat Leader opportunities

Participants who demonstrate readiness and alignment may apply to join our extended retreat team as Retreat Leaders, creating opportunities to continue working and travelling within the Retreat Creators network.

Work opportunities: If you are interested in joining our team as a Retreat Leader you can apply for this once you have completed the course.
